Committee members toured buildings and grounds, identified concerns and considered safety, functionality and future needs.

Members developed a shared list of 15 needs, ranked priorities individually and explained their thinking in written comments.

At the August 11 meeting, members considered funding questions and provided advisory feedback to the Board.
